CRÈME was founded in 2022 by Martin Nguyen and his team.


Growing up in the tea and coffee farm in Viet Nam, we truly understand the importance of nature which is the inspiration of our magic pastries.

For us, CRÈME is a place to explore, enjoy and create fascinating baked goods. We try not to follow conventions or stick to definitions and just happily create things that we love.

Martin Nguyen

Martin graduated with honors in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College, Toronto; and since then, he has worked at several prestigious hotels and luxury dessert shops in Toronto, including Bisha Hotel, Hotel X, and Delysse Luxury Desserts. Although he recently joined the pastry chef team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Alberta, his passion for entrepreneurship has driven him to open his own patisserie shop in Regina.

Having lived and worked in Regina for over two years, Martin has grown fond of the city's friendly and supportive locals. This is one of the reasons why he decided to pursue his new venture there.

As a diligent pastry chef and chocolatier with years of experience, Martin is constantly striving to create innovative and distinctive culinary experiences. From using exotic bean-to-bar chocolate flavors to crafting elegant artisanal desserts, his expertise is sure to elevate the standard of high-end baked goods.
